Another New English Idiom

English can be challenging because new words, phrases, and idioms enter the language almost every day, like the idiom "man cave."

A cave is a hole or large space in the side of a mountain where animals live and where cavemen, such as Neanderthals, lived. Cave suggests a place of shelter, security, and privacy. A man cave is the modern version of the cave.
